How’s it going? We would like to share that the MagEasy™ Hybrid Workstation project is going perfectly as scheduled! Currently, it is in production, and we have chosen an amazing courier service.
Let’s go through our plans one by one.
This is the method we take to collect your shipping address, color choice, add-on, etc. We have teamed up with the kind people over at BackerKit to send you an extremely simple survey to collect this info to fulfill your rewards.
The invitation was sent directly to the email address linked to your Kickstarter account. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was captured there!
We CANNOT ship your rewards if you don’t fill in this shipping info survey. It is crucial to submit the completed survey as quickly as possible for us to commence fulfillment.
As the majority of your rewards are still in production, the first batch of products will be sent out in late October. Due to the uncertainty of lockdowns in different cities and countries, the shipping period might take longer than usual. The shipping will take 15-25 days and we will update you with a tracking number via email. Reliable courier service has been selected. We’ll do our best to cut down the shipping time and make sure the delivery goes as smoothly as possible. The second batch will be sent out in early November.
Provide correct information for all the relevant fields, including shipping address, ZIP code, city, state, country, phone, etc.
Please remember to double-check:
Once we are ready to prepare your order for shipment, we will lock the order. At that point, you will not be able to edit your address.
Please fill out the survey as soon as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! We will try our best to send out your MagEasy gadgets as soon as possible and keep you in the loop on the latest progress!

Step 6. Click “Add” to choose your add-ons.
Step 7. Click “Continue”.
Step 8. Click “Confirm”.

Lately, we're thinking about a stretch goal in return for the great support, and there are some suggestions on more color versions.
